We are proud to announce that our Banking and Finance team, led by Partner Bryan Chang and Senior Associate Eve Dana Ng, together with Adnan Sundra & Low successfully represented DayOne Data Centres in securing RM15 billion (approximately SGD4.54 billion) in dual-tranche green financing to support the development of its data centres in Johor, Malaysia. DayOne’s anchor data centres will be in Nusajaya and Kempas Tech Parks, both within the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone.

This green financing marks one of the largest deals in Southeast Asia for data centres and the largest green Islamic syndicated facility in Malaysia.
