Acted for Dymon Asia on RAM Spreaders sale to Longreach Group
Headquartered in Singapore, RAM is a leading global provider of spreaders and advanced lifting technologies for the container handling equipment market, backed by five decades of engineering innovation and a strong presence in Asia. This exit comes just four years after the Shook Lin & Bok M&A team acted for Dymon Asia Private Equity’s acquisition of RAM in 2022 via a carve-out from a German lifting equipment manufacturer.
The deal was led by Partners Ho Ying Ming, Sally Lee and Quek Hao Zhi, and supported by Senior Associates Khit Sue Lun and Samuel Cheong, and Associates Jean Ang, Cyrus Tian and Jonathan Wong.
