Our International Arbitration Practice represents clients in high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters across sectors including finance, energy, construction, commodities, technology, and shipping. We act for multinational corporations, state-owned entities, financial institutions, investment funds, and high-net-worth individuals in arbitrations seated in Singapore and major global centres.
Our team manages all stages of arbitration, from strategy and pleadings to evidence, hearings, and enforcement. We regularly handle applications to enforce or set aside awards, emergency relief, interim measures, and jurisdictional and procedural challenges.
