Advised UOB on Acquisition Financing for Alpha Integrated REIT Offer

Shook Lin & Bok’s Banking and finance team has advised UOB (in its capacity as sole lender), on the acquisition financing for the mandatory general offer for Alpha Integrated REIT by Mindarie Investment. Mindarie Investment is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Swiss-based Volare Group AG.
Our team was led by Partners Bryan Chang, Perry Yuen and Serene Yeo, and supported by Senior Associates Eve Dana Ng and Teo Yi Ting, together with Associate Benjamin Lim Yih Binh, whose collective expertise and seamless collaboration were instrumental in the successful execution of this transaction.
