Envy Asset Management Pte Ltd (in liquidation) and others and another appeal [2026] SGCA 28 (“Lau Lee Sheng”), the Court of Appeal largely upheld the High Court’s decision that the Liquidators of the Envy Companies were entitled to claw back more than SGD 32 million in commissions and profit-sharing payments from four of the Envy Companies’ former employees.
