Congratulations to Zhongji Innolight Co., Ltd. (“Zhongji Innolight”) (Stock Code: 300308.SZ; 3308. HK) on the successful completion of its IPO and listing on the Main Board of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited.

Shook Lin & Bok is pleased to have acted as Singapore counsel to Zhongji Innolight in connection with the listing. The listing raised approximately HK$53.4 billion (US$6.8 billion), marking Hong Kong’s largest IPO since 2019.

Zhongji Innolight is a leading global provider of optical interconnect solutions and has been the world’s largest provider of optical interconnect solutions by revenue for five consecutive years since 2021. Its optical interconnect solutions transmit data through optical fibres and enable high-speed, energy-efficient and low-latency connectivity among servers, switches and other network equipment across increasingly complex and data-intensive cloud and AI infrastructure.

The transaction was led by Partners Guo Xiaofei, Wong Kit Fei and Quek Hao Zhi, with support from Foreign Legal Counsel Zhou Shun, Associates Jean Ang and Cheryl Lee, and Legal Executive Ren Jiayi.
