Advised Lenders on Financing for Hotel Indigo Changi Airport Development

We are proud to announce that our Banking and Finance team, comprising Partner Bryan Chang and Associate Winie Ao, represented the lenders, in the financing for Hotel Indigo Changi Airport, an innovative zero-energy hotel, jointly developed by OUE Limited and Tokyo Century Corporation.
The landmark hotel is set to be completed and fully operational by 2028. This new addition is connected to Changi Airport’s Terminal 2 with the purpose of enhancing the convenience for transit travellers, offering a sustainable and modern hospitality experience.
