Acted for Centre Testing International Group on its acquisition of Ugene Laboratory Services to expand its food testing capabilities

(CTI), China’s first publicly listed company in testing, inspection and certification industry and a leading comprehensive third-party TIC service provider, on its successful acquisition of 100% of Ugene Laboratory Services Pte Ltd.
Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Singapore, Ugene is a leading third-party laboratory providing testing services across the food, animal feed, water, and health & wellness sectors. This acquisition represents a valuable addition to CTI’s food testing business, strengthening its presence in Southeast Asia and advancing the group’s international growth strategy.
