Advised Perpetual (Asia) Limited, as trustee, in the successful IPO of Centurion Accommodation REIT on the SGX Mainboard
Shook Lin & Bok’s Trust, Asset & Wealth Management practice is pleased to advise Perpetual (Asia) Limited, as trustee, on the landmark IPO of Centurion Accommodation Real Estate Investment Trust (CAREIT) on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) Mainboard, raising approximately S$771.1 million. This milestone marks the second-largest REIT listing in Singapore for 2025, following the July listing of NTT Data Centre REIT, the city-state’s largest IPO in four years.
As the first purpose-built accommodation REIT listed on SGX, CAREIT boasts a robust portfolio valued at S$1.8 billion, spanning assets across Singapore, the United Kingdom, and Australia.
