Shook Lin & Bok is delighted to announce its appointment as one of six pre-approved vendors for the Legal and Contractual Advisory services activity under the Business Adaptation Grant (BizAdapt) launched by Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG) on 7 October 2025.

Announced by EnterpriseSG, the BizAdapt grant, which is available until 6 October 2027, is designed to empower Singapore-based businesses in navigating challenges posed by the new tariff environment. The initiative, first introduced in July 2025 by the Singapore Economic Resilience Taskforce in response to US tariffs, provides grant support to eligible tariff-affected companies to adapt business operations and strengthen supply chain resilience through external advisory services.

Eligible Singapore-based companies which export to and/or have operations in overseas markets and are impacted by the tariff measures may receive support under BizAdapt of up to 50% of eligible costs for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) or up to 30% of eligible costs for non-SMEs, with a cap of S$100,000 per enterprise. This includes costs incurred for reviewing and redrafting existing contracts, renegotiating cross-border contracts and dispute resolution advice, under BizAdapt’s Legal and Contractual Advisory activity.
