Congratulations to Healthway Medical Group on its proposed acquisition of Bridgepoint Health – a significant step in strengthening its integrated healthcare ecosystem.

Shook Lin & Bok’s Mergers & Acquisitions team is delighted to have acted for Healthway Medical Group (the “Group”) on this milestone transaction. Upon completion, the strategic expansion will add 16 clinics to the Group’s primary care footprint and welcome 75 healthcare professionals, enabling the enlarged Group to serve over 1.3 million patient visits annually. This move reinforces the Group’s commitment to delivering accessible, coordinated, and patient-centred care across Singapore.
