Shook Lin & Bok has acted for Dymon Asia Private Equity in the 100% divestment of Ascensus Health Group to Templewater, an Asia-based alternative asset manager.

Ascensus Health Group is a leading healthcare services provider specialising in women’s health. The group operates a network of 13 clinics across Singapore and Malaysia, providing obstetrics and gynaecology, gynae-oncology, paediatrics, dermatology, and related disciplines.

The transaction reflects continued investor interest in high-quality healthcare platforms in the region, particularly in specialised care segments with strong demographic tailwinds.

Partners Ho Ying Ming and Quek Hao Zhi led the transaction, supported by associates Samuel Cheong, Andre Ong and Cyrus Tian. They were supported by partner Bryan Chang on finance matters.
