Congratulations to Hafnia Limited on the successful completion of its offering of ordinary shares, raising gross proceeds of the NOK equivalent of approximately US$300 million through an accelerated bookbuilding process. Shook Lin & Bok’s M&A team has acted as Singapore Counsel to Hafnia on the transaction.

Hafnia Limited is a leading global tanker shipping company, providing seaborne transportation of petroleum and related products. The transaction strengthened Hafnia’s balance sheet following its acquisitions of shares in TORM plc and provided funding for potential strategic opportunities and general corporate purposes.

The deal was led by Partners Teo Mae Shaan and  Lim Ziwei, supported by Senior Associate Andre Ong and Associate Cheryl Lee.
