Congratulations to Shanghai Sunmi Technology Co., Ltd. on its successful listing on the HKEX Main Board!

Shook Lin & Bok is pleased to have acted as Singapore counsel to Shanghai Sunmi Technology Co., Ltd. in connection with its initial public offering and listing on the Main Board of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (6810.HK).

The listing raised approximately HK$1.06 billion (US$135 million) through a global offering at an offer price of HK$24.86 per share.

Sunmi Tech is a leading Business Internet of Things (BIoT) solutions provider, delivering integrated smart hardware, software and digital solutions that enable businesses across various industries to accelerate their digital transformation.

The matter was led by Partners Guo Xiaofei and Pearlyn Xie, with support from Foreign Legal Counsel Nicole Zheng and Zhou Shun.
