Yiting is a partner and general counsel. Her role includes managing internal governance and risk and advising the Firm on litigation and regulatory compliance.
Yiting joined the Firm in 2017 and has over 10 years of experience in civil litigation, restructuring & insolvency and alternative dispute resolution. She has acted for and advised multinational corporations, listed companies, insolvency practitioners, funds, fund administrators and high net worth individuals in a wide range of matters.
