Congratulations to iWOW Technology Limited (“iWOW”) on the successful completion of two significant strategic transactions that mark another milestone in the SGX-listed company’s continued growth and evolution.

Shook Lin & Bok has acted as legal counsel to iWOW on its acquisition of The Gentle Group Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-based provider of clinically formulated therapeutic nutrition and rehabilitation solutions for the healthcare and eldercare sectors. The acquisition brings together iWOW’s AgeTech capabilities and The Gentle Group’s clinical nutrition expertise, further advancing iWOW’s development of an integrated longevity ecosystem spanning senior safety, sustenance and social connection.

We also advised iWOW on its fully subscribed placement of 66,667,000 new ordinary shares, which raised gross proceeds of approximately S$15 million from institutional, accredited and strategic investors. The proceeds will support the expansion of clinical nutrition manufacturing capacity, overseas growth, research and development, and strategic initiatives across the Group’s AgeTech, Clinical Nutrition and IoT businesses.

The transactions were led by our ECM and M&A Partner, Pearlyn Xie, together with Associate Caren Ikawan.
