Shook Lin & Bok has acted for the stakeholders of BW Water on its acquisition by Industrie De Nora, an Italian multinational specialised in electrochemistry, water treatment systems and sustainable solutions.
BW Water is a Singapore-headquartered provider of full-service water and wastewater solutions for industrial and municipal needs. The acquisition strengthens Industrie De Nora’s presence in Southeast Asia and expands its global water treatment capabilities.
The deal was led by Partners Teo Mae Shaan, Serene Yeo and Lim Ziwei, supported by Senior Associate Andre Ong.
