Shook Lin & Bok was pleased to have acted as Singapore counsel to SingAuto Pte Ltd on the US$1.2 billion business combination between its ultimate holding company, SingAuto Inc., and Blueport Acquisition Ltd., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company (SPAC).<\/p>\n

Executed on 1 May 2026, the Business Combination Agreement is expected to result in the public listing of a newly formed holding company on the Nasdaq Stock Market, marking a significant milestone in SingAuto’s growth journey.<\/p>\n

SingAuto Inc is a Singapore-headquartered green intelligent cold-chain technology company focused on developing and innovating refrigerated commercial electric vehicles and related solutions for customers in the cold-chain logistics industry.<\/p>\n

The matter was led by Partners Guo Xiaofei<\/a> and Pearlyn Xie<\/a>, with support from Associate Caren Ikawan and Trainee Harold Lee.<\/p>\n
