Congratulations to Healthway Medical Group on its proposed acquisition of Bridgepoint Health \u2013 a significant step in strengthening its integrated healthcare ecosystem.<\/p>\n

Shook Lin & Bok\u2019s Mergers & Acquisitions team is delighted to have acted for Healthway Medical Group (the \u201cGroup\u201d) on this milestone transaction. Upon completion, the strategic expansion will add 16 clinics to the Group\u2019s primary care footprint and welcome 75 healthcare professionals, enabling the enlarged Group to serve over 1.3 million patient visits annually. This move reinforces the Group\u2019s commitment to delivering accessible, coordinated, and patient-centred care across Singapore.<\/p>\n

We are grateful for the continued trust placed in us by the Healthway Medical Group team and are honoured to have supported them on this significant transaction.<\/p>\n
